It is a proven fact, employees rarely leave companies but they often leave their bosses! The Compass Program is designed to maximize performance from individuals whose responsibilities are to get results through other people. 
 
Many organizations promote from within the ranks and often select high performing individuals to take on management and leadership roles based on the job they have done rather than the one they CAN DO. Further, they typically do so with providing little or no training on the essential skill set differences it takes to make such a transition successful. This fundamentally creates chaos, confusion and often times turnover of a once great employee! 
 
The Compass program is a twelve session professional leadership development opportunity that was specifically created to enhance and deliver advanced competencies in four critical yet often overlooked areas.

The once a month program was designed around the concept of "spaced repetition learning", it combines a series of 12 sessions that each last 4 hours. In between each session the attendee will have the opportunity to apply, enhance and further develop the skill sets targeted. The sessions consist of a mixture of high energy lectures, interactive exercises and real life examples to help you internalize the principles and apply the lessons to your workplace experience.
 
As you attend the Compass series you will develop knowledge, skills and the HABITS that will significantly increase your personal effectiveness and ability to successfully lead others!
