Preston Pond  -- Ph.D. and Program Developer

Preston is a management and organization design consultant based in Englewood, Colorado. He has a Bachelors Degree in English and Asian Studies and Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior from BrighamYoung University, 1979. Preston spent a number of years with Proctor & Gamble as an internal organization development consultant, working with new plant start-ups, collaborative work redesign efforts, and team building in the U.S., Japan, and Mexico. He has worked as the Director of Organization Development for Clark Equipment Company where he spearheaded Socio-Technical Systems redesign activities in both union and non-union settings.
